A comic on another property of Mandelbrot set.
The most impressive thing is that the girl who drew it does not have Math background (she does architecture). She is addicted to Wiki and happened to stumble upon an article on Mandelbrot set.
Having been following this site for several months, but still cannot figure out what "47" means in many comics.
Gee, something must have been wrong with the network... Can't I delete my own comments?
Not sure how I can set it up so you can delete your own comments (and still comment anonymously and without an account). But you can always just send me an email if you want a comment deleted/modified.
I'm still wondering what "47" means. Would you kindly tell me?
It's just the number of jock-guy, who doesn't get Math.
Sort of an anti-42?
Somebody commented on another comic that it's the most random number. Wikipedia mentions this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/47_(number)
I see. Thank you very much.
