Being an Oilers fan, it somewhat hurts to know that this is the truth.

This comic appeals to people who are fans of the Edmonton Oilers as well as Euler (pronounced Oiler). By the way, Euler's formula is V+F-E=2, V=vertices, F=faces, E=edges. The Oiler's won the stanely cup 4 times in the 80's because of the duo gretzky/messier.

More than you ever wanted to know about Euler's formula: Imre Lakatos: Proofs and Refutations, edited by John Worrall and Elie Zahar. Cambridge University Press, 1976. Wonderful book!
