Silver ratio?
Well, I Googled only AFTER I commented. :|
Don't make my mistake, kids.
What mistake ?
1 + 2^1/2 IS the silver ratio... and (1 + 5^1/2)/2 is the golden ratio.
My original message was supposed to cast a shadow of doubt upon the existence of a silver ratio. Then I found out it exists after all and attempted to promptly remove the aforementioned doubt by posting again.
There's no mistake in the comic.
So, who won the bronze??? 1 : (3+sqrt(13))/2 (=3.302775638).
